研究目的：

在多种术中镇痛方案可供选择的情况下，比较术中硬膜外阻滞与舒芬太尼靶控输注对于接受开放性肝叶切除术的患者的免疫格局、应激水平的影响，及术中患者血流动力学变化、术后PACU内不良反应的发生情况、术后镇痛情况、术后早期并发症、短期生存率、复发率随访。  

Objectives of Study：

With a variety of intraoperative analgesia options available, compare the effects of intraoperative epidural block and sufentanil target-controlled infusion on the immune pattern and stress level of patients undergoing open lobectomy and follow-up of intraoperative hemodynamic changes in patients, postoperative adverse reactions in PACU, postoperative analgesia, early postoperative complications, short-term survival rate, and recurrence rate follow-up.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 患者年龄＜18岁或＞68岁；
② 患者为肝癌复发者；
③ 患者主要脏器有严重的病变；
④ 患者伴有严重内分泌疾病、免疫系统疾病，或服用免疫抑制剂、激素替代治疗；
⑤ 患者存在硬膜外阻滞禁忌症；
⑥ 患者对于治疗过程中使用的药物有过敏；
⑦ 联合手术（胆囊切除术除外）、急诊手术患者；
⑧ 妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Aged over 68 or under 18 years;
2. HCC recurrence;
3. With severe systematic illness;
4. With severe endocrine disease, immune disease or under immunosuppressive treatments and hormonal therapy;
5. Contradictions for epidural block;
6. Be allergic to medicine used in the project;
7. Combined surgery/ emergency surgery;
8. Pregnancy or lactation.

According to the progress of the research, raw research data should be made freely available to all researchers in specific ways.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表，录入采用相应数据库系统并进行比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records, researchers will completely write accurate data into case report forms in time. Input the data into corresponding database system and make sure the data is accurate. After that, the electronic data will be conserved and backup.
