研究目的：

对于后牙缺失的患者，对颌牙常由于失去支撑而伸长，导致垂直修复间隙不足。有临床报道说明，改良压膜式矫治器对于伸长磨牙的压低有一定的作用，相较于调磨对颌牙、种植体支抗压低等方法，不失为一种微创、简单的新方法。本课题组前期进行了数例改良压膜矫治器压低游离端及非游离端伸长磨牙并总结分析，制定统一标准，拟探究压膜式矫治器作用于游离端及非游离端伸长磨牙的临床效果，为临床治疗提供思路和启发。  

Objectives of Study：

For patients with missing posterior teeth, the opposite molar often overerupt due to loss of support, resulting in insufficient vertical restoration distance. There are clinical reports indicating that the modified appliance has a certain effect on the intrusion of the overerupted molars. Compared with the methods of grinding teeth and mini-implant anchors, it is a minimally invasive and simple new method. Our research group has already completed several cases of modified appliances used to intrude distance and non-distance molars, summarized and proposed an unified standard to explore the effect of modified appliances on distance and non-distance molars.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、对矫治器过敏的患者；
2、重度牙周病患者；
3、口腔粘膜病患者；
4、有颞颌关节病史的患者；
5、妊娠试验阳性的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are allergic to appliances;
2. Patients with severe periodontal disease;
3. Patients with oral mucosal disease;
4. Patients with a history of temporomandibular joint disease;
5. Patients with a positive pregnancy test.
