研究目的：

选择存在三维骨缺损的种植患者，随机分为自体骨环组、柱状预成异种骨环组、锥状预成异种骨环组以及Bio-oss骨粉骨膜GBR组，通过临床检查、X线影像学检查、CBCT检查等方法进行前瞻性对比研究，客观评价预成异种骨骨环的三维骨增量效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Choose three-dimensional planting, bone defects, are randomly divided into autologous bone ring, column into a sheep ring group, cone into a sheep ring and Bio - oss bone periosteum GBR group, by clinical examination, X-ray imaging examination, CBCT inspection methods such as prospective comparison study, objective evaluation prediction into a sheep bone ring of three-dimensional bone incremental effect.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）严重牙周炎患者，或牙周炎未治疗，未控制患者；
（2）全身状况较差，无法耐受种植手术患者；
（3）严重糖尿病，或其他基础疾病患者，影响种植术后骨结合等牙种植禁忌证。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe periodontitis, or patients with periodontitis under treatment but not under control;
2. Patients with poor systemic condition and unable to tolerate implant surgery;
3. Patients with severe diabetes or other basic diseases, affecting the contraindication of tooth implantation such as osseointegration after implantation.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰的载入病理报告表，录入采用相应的数据库系统，双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍对比，电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。
