研究目的：

本实验拟通过在动物上行不同穿刺针在超声图像中显像的比较，以及在患者中行超声引导下脊神经后支阻滞来比较四种针的准确性、有效性、显影清晰度及安全性差别，为临床行超声引导下神经阻滞提供更优的选择。  

Objectives of Study：

The experiment aimed at compare the ultrasound images obtained by different needles, as well as the accuracy, validity, clarity, and security differences of the four kinds of needles in patients with ultrasound-guided dorsal branch block, provide better choices for clinical ultrasound-guided nerve blocks.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.超重或肥胖者，体重指数≥25Kg/m2；
2.有严重心肺疾患者；
3.不能配合者；
4.有脊柱畸形者；
5.有全身或穿刺部位感染者；
6.有凝血功能障碍；
7.对激素或局麻药过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. An overweight or obese, BMI >= 25Kg/m2;
2. patients with severe heart or lung disease;
3. can not cope with;
4. spinal deformity;
5. systemic or puncture site infection;
6. coagulation disorders;
7. allergy on hormones or local anesthetic.
