研究目的：

1.摸索出行之有效的以社区为基础的人群肥胖控制方法； 2.探索一套以社区为基础的国家、社会、个人共同出资，共同受益的肥胖（慢病）管理模式；  

Objectives of Study：

1. Develop an effective community based weight loss treatment strategy; 2. Discover a collaborative weight control model with government,society, and individuals; 3. Asses weight loss and health benefits achieved and maintained with a structured commercial weigh loss program

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.无严重身体疾患，无严重慢病及严重并发症（血压控制不稳定，血糖控制不稳定者不建议参加）；
2.正在使用激素及锂剂治疗者不建议参加；
3.处于孕期者不建议参加；
4.正在参加其他体重控制项目，或进行减肥治疗者不建议参加；
5.神智清楚，能够与其他人正常交流，没有进食障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious physical illness, serious chronic diseases and complications;
2. Concurrently using systemic or inhaled corticosteroids or lithium;
3. Concurrently participating in a structured weight loss program or taking prescribed weight loss medications;
4. Women who were pregnant were also ineligible;
5. Mental or eating disorders.
