研究目的：

良好的肠道准备是影响结肠镜检查质量最重要的因素，目前用于肠道清洁的药物有多种，其中聚乙二醇是常用的、具有较好清洁作用的肠道清洁药，但其服用时需要配合大量液体，对患者尤其是老年患者来说负担较重，临床耐受性及依从性较差。因此，小容量的肠道清洁药物对患者的依从性很重要。复方匹可硫酸钠颗粒是匹可硫酸钠和枸橼酸镁组成的复方制剂，具有刺激结肠蠕动及产生渗透性腹泻的双效泻药效果，使用时不需要配合大量液体，国外研究已经证实了该药物具有良好的肠道清洁作用，临床耐受性及依从性好，但目前国内尚无针对该药物的系统性临床研究。本研究的目的是通过单中心、单盲、随机对照试验来比较复方匹可硫酸钠颗粒与聚乙二醇电解质散在结肠镜检查前肠道清洁程度、结肠腺瘤及息肉检出率、患者耐受性及药物不良反应方面的差异。为临床选择有效、安全、依从性好的肠道准备药物提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Good bowel preparation is the most important factor affecting the quality of colonoscopy. At present, polyethylene glycol (PEG) is generally used for bowel preparation, because of its safety and effectiveness, however the large volume of liquid cause a heavy burden especially for elderly patients, results in a poor clinical tolerance and compliance. Therefore, small volume of liquid is critical to improve patient compliance. Picosulfate sodium compound is composed of sodium picosulfate and magnesium citrate, can stimulate colonic peristalsis and develop osmotic diarrhea, and has a merit of good taste and small volume of liquid. Its good efficacy and tolerance has been proved by foreign studies, however as it is recently on sale in China, there is no systemic clinical studies in China.The purpose of this study was to compare the bowel cleanliness, colorectal adenoma and polyp detection rate, patient tolerance, and adverse drug reactions between piosulfate sodium and polyethylene glycol electrolyte by a single-center, single-blind, randomized controlled trial. This study can provide more data of picosulfate sodium compound in China.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.肠梗阻；
2.肠道外科切除术病史；
3.未治疗或未控制的高血压；
4.患有严重的系统性疾病，如充血性心力衰竭、慢性肾功能不全、肝硬化、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、恶性肿瘤等；
5.检查前6个月内有急性心肌梗死或不稳定性心绞痛病史；
6.炎症性肠病、巨结肠病患者；
7.对药物中任一成分过敏；
8.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
9.其他研究者认为不适合入组者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with intestinal obstruction;
2. Patients with history of intestinal surgical resection;
3. Patients with untreated or uncontrolled hypertension;
4. Patients with serious systemic diseases, such as congestive heart failure, chronic renal insufficiency, liver cirrhosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, malignant tumor, etc;
5. Patients with a history of acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina pectoris within 6 months before examination;
6. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease and megacolon bowel disease;
7. Patients who are allergic to any component of the drug;
8. Pregnant or lactating women;
9. Patients who were considered unsuitable by other researchers.
