研究目的：

探讨超声引导下竖脊肌平面阻滞在老年髋关节骨折术中是否可以发挥镇痛作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the analgesic effect of ultrasound guided erector spinae plane block for hip fracture surgery in the elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 心肺功能差，不适宜接受全身麻醉的患者；
② 对区域麻醉有禁忌的患者；
③ 对各种麻醉药物过敏的患者；
④ 出凝血时间及血小板数量异常的患者；
⑤ 术前存在认知功能障碍的患者；
⑥ 穿刺区域有感染的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Poor cardiopulmonary function, not suitable for general anesthesia;
2. Patients with contraindications to regional anesthesia;
3. Patients who are allergic to various anesthetic drugs;
4. patients with clotting time and platelet count abnormal;
5. Patients with cognitive dysfunction before surgery;
6. The puncture area is infected.
