to explore the retinal microcirculation and structural changes in ocular hypertension.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① OCTA图像扫描质量（scan quality）<6、清晰度过低、移动伪影、图像偏移；
② 内眼手术史
③ 视网膜神经纤维层（Retinal Nerve Fiber Layer，RNFL）缺损；
④ 房角镜下或超声生物显微成像（Ultrasound Biomicroscopy，UBM）下见房角关闭或变窄；
⑤ 当前进行降眼压药物治疗，或前次降眼压治疗停药＜1月；
⑥ 青光眼性视野改变（pattern deviation plot图中三个连续的点p<5%且其中至少包含1点p<1%）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. OCTA with scan quality<6, low definition, artifacts caused by movement, image not in the center;
2. history of inner ocualr surgery.
3. glaucomatous RNFL defect;
4. narrow or closed-angle under gonioscopy or UBM;
5. antiglaucomatous treatment for < 1 month;
6. glaucomatous visual field changes( >3 continuous points with p < 5% which include at least 1 point with p < 1% in pattern deviation plot).
