研究目的：

明确针刺曲池穴治疗膝关节骨性关节炎（KOA）（气滞血瘀型）的临床疗效，从而提高KOA治愈率及缩短治疗周期，提高患者生活质量，同时提高我院中医药服务水平，并将此治疗技术推广至社区。  

Objectives of Study：

Clarify the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Quchi points for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) (qi stagnation and blood stasis type), thereby improving the cure rate of KOA and shortening the treatment cycle, improving the quality of life of patients, and improving the service level of Chinese medicine in our hospital , And promote this treatment technology to the community.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①膝关节手术，合并有骨折、结核，肿瘤等疾病者；
②严重心肺疾病、瘫痪、神志不清或精神障碍的患者；
③精神疾病患者、孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
④不能坚持治疗，中途改变治疗方式的患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) knee surgery, combined with fractures, tuberculosis, tumors and other diseases;
(2) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease, paralysis, confusion or mental disorders;
(3) people with mental illness, pregnant women and lactating women;
(4) Patients who cannot insist on treatment and change the treatment method in the middle
