研究目的：

1）探讨恶性肿瘤免疫治疗前后肠道菌群的变化，期待发现特定肠道菌属与肿瘤免疫治疗疗效的相关性； 2）调查并分析免疫治疗期间发生毒副反应的患者肠道菌群特征，期待发现与毒副反应相关的特定肠道菌属； 3）探讨并分析肠道菌群改变与白介素-6、血细胞数值或比率、生化指标、免疫指标、内分泌功能指标的相关性； 4）免疫治疗前后对参与研究的恶性肿瘤患者完成肠道菌群的检测及分析，为提高免疫治疗应答、降低免疫治疗毒副反应提供临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the changes of intestinal microflora before and after immunotherapy of malignant tumors, and look forward to discovering the correlation between specific intestinal bacteria and the efficacy of tumor immunotherapy; 2. Investigate and analyze the characteristics of intestinal microflora of patients with toxic and side effects during immunotherapy , Looking forward to discovering the specific intestinal genus associated with toxic and side effects; 3. To explore and analyze the correlation between intestinal flora changes and interleukin-6, Blood cell count or ratio, biochemical indicators, immune indicators, endocrine function indicators; 4. Before and after immunotherapy, the patients with malignant tumors participating in the study completed the detection and analysis of intestinal flora, which provided a clinical basis for improving the response of immunotherapy and reducing the side effects of immunotherapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者对这项研究有任何疑虑或者存在其他风险史；
2.活动性、已知或怀疑自身免疫性疾病；
3.采集标本前2周使用肠道微生物制剂或抗生素。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients have any doubts about the study or have other risk history;
2. Active, known or suspected autoimmune diseases;
3. Patients who used intestinal microbiological agents or antibiotics 2 weeks before collection.
