研究目的:

本研究旨在评估人工智能AI与循环异常细胞在肺癌高危人群中肺结节良恶性辅助诊断的价值。并通过对恶性肺结节患者手术后和良性肺结节随访,进一步论证与探讨MDA TEST对高危人群的早期肺癌预测价值,进一步优化现有肺结节诊疗技术与方案,为肺结节患者提供更为完善的疾病预防诊疗提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to evaluate the value of Artificial Intelligence and Circulating Abnormal Cells in differentiating benign from malignant pulmonary nodule in high risk population. To verify the predictive value of MDA TEST in lung cancer through postoperative follow up in patients with malignant pulmonary nodule and follow up of individuals with benign pulmonary nodule. Thereby further optimizing the current diagnostic and treating techniques of pulmonary nodule, and providing theoretical basis for high-risk population with pulmonary nodule to suggest cancer prevention strategies.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 既往有明确的肿瘤病史(肺癌除外),或者目前正在接受或曾接受任何方式的抗肿瘤治疗;
2. 严重心肺疾病。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients who have a clear history of cancer (except lung cancer), or are currently receiving or have received any form of anti-tumor treatment;
2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease.
