研究目的：

(1)通过深度卷积神经网络学习构建幽门螺杆菌感染诊断人工智能系统 (2)应用该系统提高低年资内镜医师采集图像规范性及镜下诊断HP的能力  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Build an Artificial intelligence system for the diagnosis of helicobacter pylori infection through deep convolutional neural network learning (2) The system was used to improve the standardization of image collection and the ability of low experience of endoscopic physicians diagnosis of HP

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）试验前四周内使用过PPI、抗生素、H2受体拮抗剂、铋剂、益生菌制剂等药物；
（2）妊娠或哺乳期妇女，研究期间有生育计划的患者；
（3）同时服用非甾体抗炎药、肾上腺皮质类固醇、抗凝药、酗酒；
（4）存在其它影响本研究评价的严重疾病如严重的肝病、心脏病、肾脏病、恶性肿瘤、精神疾病等，难以耐受胃镜检查患者；
（5）既往有过胃、十二指肠球部溃疡史，有胃部恶性肿瘤等其他胃内器质性病变；
（6）前三个月内参加过其它药物研究；
（7）难以完成随访或存在影响依从性的其他因素。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) proton pump inhibitor , antibiotics, histamine-2 receptor antagonist , bismuth, probiotics and other drugs were used within four weeks before the test;
(2) Pregnant or lactating women, patients with family planning during the study period;
(3) At the same time, they took NSAIDs, corticosteroids, anticoagulants and alcoholism;
(4) There are other serious diseases that affect the evaluation of this study, such as severe liver disease, heart disease, kidney disease, malignant tumor, mental disease, etc., which are difficult to tolerate gastroscopy;
(5) He had a history of gastric and duodenal ulcer, gastric malignant tumor and other gastric organic lesions;
(6) Participated in other drug research in the first three months;
(7) It is difficult to complete the follow-up or there are other factors affecting the compliance.
