本项目旨在明确阴道微生态在宫颈癌中的作用，通过测序和代谢组学联合检测阴道分泌物中的菌种和小分子化合物，明确阴道微生态在宫颈癌发生发展中的作用，寻找能早期预警宫颈癌的检测指标。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to clarify the role of vaginal microecology in cervical cancer. Using sequencing and metabolomics to detect bacteria and low molecular weight materials in vaginal secretion. This project aims to clarify the role of vaginal microecology in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer and explore early warning indicators for cervical cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）由医生确定的可能影响研究进行或增加测试受试者风险的任何皮肤状况，包括妇科医生确定的测试区域内任何开放或愈合的割伤/切口、擦伤或皮肤破损
（2）就诊时月经来潮
（3）正在使用或就诊前7天内曾经使用过抗生素、抗真菌药、局部类固醇或抗病毒药物(在检测区域口服或局部使用)
（4）现患或曾患生殖器疱疹
（5）阴道感染(包括念珠菌感染或细菌性阴道病)、外阴感染、尿路感染、性传播感染(衣原体、淋病、滴虫病、生殖器疱疹)等
（6）访问前48小时在测试区域使用乳液、爽身粉、软膏、霜剂、香水或油等
（7）在就诊前48小时内使用冲洗物质、阴道药物、阴道栓剂、女性除臭剂喷雾、湿巾或润滑剂到生殖器区域
（8）访视前48小时内发生性行为
（9）测试区域的皮肤问题正在接受治疗
（10）在就诊前4小时内曾洗过澡或游泳
（11）来访前48小时内在测试区域进行过剃毛、上蜡或脱毛
（12）I型或II型糖尿病
（13）肝炎或HIV阳性
（14）患有其他不适宜参与实验的疾病，如免疫抑制等

Exclusion criteria：

1. Any skin condition identified by the physician that may affect the conduct of the study or increase the risk of the test subjects, including any open or healed cuts / cuts, abrasions or skin breaks in the test area as determined by the gynecologist;
2. Menstruation at the time of treatment;
3. Patients who have used antibiotics, antifungal drugs, topical steroids or antiviral drugs (oral or local use in the test area) within 7 days before using or visiting the hospital;
4. Patients who have or had genital herpes;
5. Patients with vaginal infection (including Candida infection or bacterial vaginosis), vulvar infection, urinary tract infection, sexually transmitted infection (chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, genital herpes);
6. 48 hours before the visit, use emulsion, talcum powder, ointment, cream, perfume or oil in the test area.
7. the use of flushing material, vaginal drug, vaginal suppository, female deodorant spray, wet towel or lubricant to the genital area within 48 hours before treatment;
8. Those who had sex within 48 hours before the visit;
9. Patients receiving treatment for skin problems in the test area;
10. The object who has bathed or swam within 4 hours before seeing the doctor;
11. Objects that have been shaved, waxed or depilated in the test area 48 hours before the visit;
12. Patients with type I or II diabetes mellitus;
13. Hepatitis or HIV positive patients;
14. Patients with other diseases not suitable for the experiment, such as immunosuppression.
