研究目的：

探索一种新的糖尿病教育模式，利用患者自身的糖尿病知识和行为能力将糖尿病患者分成不同的小组，针对其缺乏的部分针对性性教育，与常规教育相比是否具在血糖管理上具有优势。  

Objectives of Study：

This research aims to explore a new education mode --stratified education, before education we stratify patients according to their specific characteristics and then give them different education, compared with the conventional education, which is having an advantage in the management of blood glucose.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠糖尿病或糖尿病妊娠
2.哺乳期患者
3.合并严重并发症或认知障碍患者，需住院治疗的其他疾病
4.知识水平和依从性均好的患者 (A↑D↑)

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnancy;
2. Breast feeding;
3. Severe debilitating disease and cognitive deficit, for instance complex co-morbidity and need treatment in hospital;
4. Knowledge level and compliance both high (both A and D increased).
