研究目的:

通过对人工耳蜗患者术后耳鸣的长期跟踪,研究电极植入后耳鸣的变化规律(有效治疗时间、适于电刺激治疗的病症等),推断电刺激抑制耳鸣的作用机制,并设置有效抑制耳鸣的电刺激参数。  

Objectives of Study:

The objective of the study is to investigate changes in tinnitus perception after electrode implantation, investigate the mechanism of tinnitus inhibition following electrical stimulation, and determine the electrical stimulation parameters to inhibit tinnitus after cochlear implantation effectively. We will utilize data from long-term tinnitus patients to determine adequate treatment time and the conditions that benefit from cochlear implantation for tinnitus suppression.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.人工耳蜗手术禁忌(参照中华医学会《人工耳蜗植入工作指南 2013》);
2.人工耳蜗植入后接受药物治疗耳鸣
3.智力缺陷。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Contraindications for cochlear implantation (refer to the guidelines for cochlear implantation, 2013) issued by the Chinese Medical Association;
2. Received medication to treat tinnitus at the time of cochlear implantation;
3. Cognitive impairments.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

数据采集:本研究采用问卷收集人工耳蜗患者耳鸣的特征情况,问卷包括耳鸣残疾评估量表(Tinnitus Handicap Inventory ,THI)、VAS 量表(Visual Analogue Scale , VAS) 及耳鸣特征信息记录表。问卷记录人员为本院听觉植入中心科研工作人员。本研究脑电测试采用仪器及软件为 NeuroscanERP 脑电系统,通过此系统对耳鸣患者进行静息脑电数据的收集。 测试人员为本院听力中心专业技术人员。 数据管理:研究者应保存每一名患者参与临床研究的电子档案。通过患者档案可识别每一名患者。研究者/研究机构将保留包含所收集每位受试者数据的所有资料,研究者/研究机构将采取措施防止意外或提前销毁此类文件。试验资料将永久保存在解放军总医院大数据中心。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data Collection: In this study, we surveyed the tinnitus perception in patients with cochlear implants using questionnaires, including the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory (THI), Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and tinnitus record log provided by the clinic. The questionnaires were administered by the researchers of the Auditory Implant Center. Neuroscan ERP system, operated by the technicians, was used to collect resting EEG data from the tinnitus patients. Data Management: Researchers maintained an electronic file of each patient participating in the clinical study. Each patient can be identified through the individual patient file. The investigator/institution will retain all data collected for each subject, and measures will be taken to prevent the accidental or premature deletion of such documents. The experimental data will be permanently stored in the data repository of the China PLA General Hospital.
