1.为未确诊的婴儿痉挛症患者提供临床依据； 2.建立优化全基因组测序检测标准化操作规程； 3.探索潜在的致病变异或基因，揭示可能的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Provide clinical evidence for undiagnosed infantile spasms patients; 2. Establish and optimize standard operating procedures for whole-genome sequencing detection; 3. Explore the potential pathogenic variants or genes, and reveal underlying disease-causes mechanisms.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.复核全外显子测序重分析结果为阳性；
2.被污染的样本；
3.样本信息无法识别或溯源。

Exclusion criteria：

1.whole-exomic reanalysis result is positive;
2.Contaminated samples;
3.The sample information cannot be identified or traced to the source.
