纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

植入颅内电极行术前评估的难治性癫痫伴抑郁症患者排除标准：
①双向情感障碍等其他精神病性障碍者;
②酒精、精神类药物等物质滥用/依赖者;
③严重冲动、自杀倾向或自伤风险高，HDRS-17 条目3(自杀)评分≥3 分者；
④患有严重或不稳定的器质性疾病者;
⑤癫痫发作频繁;
⑥研究者认为存在不合适参加本研究的情况。
植入颅内电极行术前评估的难治性癫痫伴心脏神经官能症患者排除标准:
①器质性心脏病如冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、二尖瓣脱垂综合征、心肌炎等;
②患有严重或不稳定的器质性疾病者;
③癫痫发作频繁;
④研究者认为存在不合适参加本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for patients with intractable epilepsy and depression evaluated preoperatively with intracranial electrode implantation:
1. Patients with other psychotic disorders such as bipolar disorder;
2. Patients with alcohol and psychotropic substances abuse / dependence;
3. Patients with high risk of serious impulsivity, suicidal tendency or self injury, with score of HDRS-17 item 3 (suicide) ≥ 3;
4. Patients with severe or unstable organic diseases;
5. Patients with frequent seizures;
6. The researcher thinks that there is an inappropriate situation to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria for patients with intractable epilepsy and cardiac neurosis who underwent preoperative assessment with intracranial electrodes
1. Organic heart diseases such as coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, mitral valve prolapse syndrome, myocarditis, etc;
2. Patients with severe or unstable organic diseases;
3. Patients with frequent seizures;
4. The researcher thinks that there is not suitable to participate in this study.
