探索磁刺激神门穴对慢性失眠症认知功能的影响及其可能机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the influence of magnetic stimulation of Shenmen point on cognitive function of chronic insomnia and its mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 其他精神疾病（抑郁症、焦虑症、精分、双相等）、躯体疾病（疼痛、脑卒中、冠心病、肿瘤等）等伴发的失眠。
② 合并严重的抑郁、焦虑（PHQ-9抑郁筛查≥20；GAD-7焦虑筛查≥19）。
③ 倒班、时差等其他原因引起的失眠。
④ 睡眠呼吸暂停高风险者（Stop Bang问卷≥3项阳性判为高风险）。
⑤ 患有严重或不稳定、未控制良好的慢性疾病者。
⑥ 有中枢神经系统疾病如癫痫、脑瘤、血管瘤、脑炎、急性脑损伤等病史。
⑦ 治疗部位30cm内有金属异物存在。
⑧ 入组前2周内规律接受过TMS、TDCS、针刺、苯二氮卓类药物治疗。
⑨ 酒精、药物等物质依赖或滥用。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with insomnia accompanied by other mental diseases (depression, anxiety, fine score, double equal), physical diseases (pain, stroke, coronary heart disease, tumor, etc.);
2. Patients with severe depression and anxiety (PHQ-9 depression screening >= 20; GAD-7 anxiety screening >=19);
3. Patients with insomnia caused by shift work, time difference and other reasons;
4. Patients with high risk of sleep apnea (the patients with more than 3 items of stop Bang questionnaire were judged as high risk);
5. Patients with severe or unstable chronic diseases that are not well controlled;
6. Patients with central nervous system diseases, such as epilepsy, brain tumor, hemangioma, encephalitis, acute brain injury, etc;
7. Patients with metal foreign bodies within 30cm of the treatment site;
8. Patients who received TMS, tDCS, acupuncture and benzodiazepines regularly within 2 weeks before enrollment;
9. Patients who depend on or abuse alcohol, drugs and other substances.

按照就诊顺序产生72个序列号。通过excel中randbetween函数对1-72分别分配一个随机数，按照升序排序后确定前36个随机数相对应的序列号为第一组，后36个为第二组。
