研究目的：

评价ONSD和rSO2与老年俯卧位脊柱手术苏醒期躁动和谵妄的关联性，探究俯卧位手术对老年患者颅内压和脑氧代谢的影响，进而明确其是苏醒期躁动和谵妄的危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the association of ONSD and rSO2 with emergence agitation and delirium in elderly patients after spinal surgery in prone position, and to explore the influence of surgery in the prone position on intracranial pressure and cerebral oxygen metabolism in the elderly patients, so as to clarify that it is a risk factor for emergence agitation and delirium.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）颅脑外伤、颅内压增高、脑血管疾病史者；
（2）眼科疾病史患者；
（3）不能理解Ricker镇静-躁动评分(SAS)、CAM评分及配合评价者；
（4）仰卧位手术者；
（5）急诊脊柱手术患者；
（6）在入选研究前的3个月以内参与了其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with craniocerebral injury, intracranial hypertension and cerebrovascular disease history;
2. Patients with history of ophthalmic diseases;
3. Patients who can't understand Ricker's sedation agitation score (SAS), cam score and coordination evaluation;
4. Patients in supine position;
5. Emergency spine surgery patients;
6. Patients who participated in other clinical trials within 3 months prior to inclusion in the study.
