研究目的：

該項目將使用在當地開發並驗證的問卷“短版專科門診經驗問卷”（SF-SOPEQ）來進行第三輪（在2020/2021年）全港性病人經驗調查。 有關病人經驗的反饋和評級的發現可以為使各個醫院/診所/醫療機構和服務提供商監視服務質量並製定質量改進行動計劃提供參考。 它還將成為在整個護理過程中吸引患者和了解患者期望的重要平台。 研究的目的是： 1）使用SF-SOPEQ監測和報告患者在專科門診的經驗； 2）找出需要改善的地方，以供醫管局個別醫院和/或聯網跟進； 和 3）使各個醫院/服務提供者能夠制定質量改進行動計劃。  

Objectives of Study：

This project is to conduct the third (in 2020/2021) rounds of territory-wide PES using the locally developed and validated questionnaire Short-form Specialist Outpatient Experience Questionnaire (SF-SOPEQ). The findings on feedback and rating on domains of patient experience can provide a reference to enable individual hospitals/ clinics/ clusters and service providers monitoring the quality of service and developing quality improvement action plans. It will also serve as an important platform to engage patient and understand their expectation throughout the care process. The objectives of the study are: 1) To monitor and report on patient experience on specialist outpatient service using SF-SOPEQ; 2) To identify areas for service improvement for follow-up by HA individual hospitals and/or clusters; and 3) To enable individual hospitals/ service providers to develop quality improvement action plans.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（i）兒科、寧養服務、精神科、牙科、麻醉科和病理科；
（ii）跨專科診所和護理診所；
（iii）在專科門診求診後入院的病人。

Exclusion criteria：

1. SOPCs of paediatrics, hospice, psychiatry, dental, anaesthesiology, pathology;
2. multi-specialty clinics and nurse clinics;
3. inpatients admitted after their SOPC attendance.
