研究目的：

建立临床前期类风湿关节炎临床队列，随访、筛选类风湿关节炎发病相关风险因素，进一步建立风险预测模型，并利用外部人群进行验证。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish a clinical cohort of preclinical rheumatoid arthritis. Record relative risk factors for rheumatoid arthritis during follow-up. Establish a risk prediction system and verify it.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 符合1987年或2010年ACR/EULAR的RA分类诊断标准；
2. 关节疼痛伴有关节肿胀的；
3. 存在其他原因可解释的关节痛。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Conform to the 1987 or 2010 ACR/EULAR RA classification diagnostic criteria.
2. Joint pain accompanied by joint swelling.
3. There are other reasons for joint pain that can be explained.
