验证认知康复评估与训练一体机对脑卒中后认知障碍患者认知功能的有效性及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of congitve assessments and training all-in-one machine to cognitive functions in post-stroke cognitve impairment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 高血压患者且血压无法控制者（服药后收缩压（高压）大于160mmHg或舒张压（低压）大于100mmHg)；
② 神经科医生根据世界卫生组织《国际疾病分类》第10版（ICD-10）和美国精神病学会《精神疾病诊断与统计手册》第四版（DSM-IV）诊断标排除痴呆、精神疾病患者；
③ 有精神障碍以及严重心脏疾病、恶性肿瘤、肝、肾功能衰竭、消化道大出血等；
④ 有酒精、药物滥用史，有服用影响认知功能的药物；
⑤ 汉密尔顿抑郁量表得分＞10分；
⑥ 有视觉/听觉障碍或写作/阅读障碍影响训练和评估者；
⑦ 正在参加其他课题的临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with hypertension and uncontrolled blood pressure (systolic blood pressure (HP) is greater than 160mmhg or diastolic blood pressure (LP) is greater than 100mmhg);
2. Neurologists exclude patients with dementia and mental diseases according to the diagnostic criteria of the 10th edition of the international classification of diseases (ICD-10) of the World Health Organization and the fourth edition of the diagnostic and Statistical Manual of mental diseases (DSM-IV) of the American Psychiatric Association;
3. Patients with mental disorder, serious heart disease, malignant tumor, liver, renal failure, gastrointestinal bleeding, etc;
4. Patients with history of alcohol and drug abuse have taken drugs that affect cognitive function;
5. Patients with Hamilton Depression Scale score > 10;
6. Patients with visual / auditory impairment or writing / reading impairment affecting training and evaluation;
7. Patients who are participating in clinical trials of other subjects.
