研究目的：

一、比较手部、脸颊、额头、背部四个不同部位脂质成分的分布差异，分析主要的脂质成分的分布差异，探索脂质成分存在差异的原因，为不同部位护肤品的研制提供参考依据。二、比较使用洗涤剂暴露后，使用护手霜和不使用护手霜的两手部脂质成分的差异。为科学使用护手霜提供证据三、比较长期暴露洗涤剂的人群中，使用护手霜和不使用护手霜前后手部脂质成分的差异。四、比较不同年龄、不同生活习惯人群手部皮肤脂质成分的差异。

Objectives of Study：

1. Compare the distribution of lipid components in four different parts of the hand, cheeks, forehead, and back, analyze the distribution of the main lipid components, explore the reasons for the difference in lipid components, and provide references for the development of skin care products in different parts. 2.Compare the difference in lipid composition between the hands with and without hand cream after exposed to detergent. and Provide evidence for scientific use of hand cream. 3.Compare the difference in the lipid composition of the hands with and without hand cream among people who have been exposed to detergent for a long time. 4. Compare the differences in the skin lipid composition of the hands of people of different ages and different habits.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

Test 1, 2:
1. Choose healthy volunteers from 18 to 25 years old;
2. Volunteers has no common skin diseases, such as contact dermatitis, eczema, urticaria, etc.;
3. Study volunteers with skin moisture content>20A.U, TEWL<=30gh/cm2.
4. Research volunteers shall not use any washing and skin care products at least 3 days before participating in the experiment.
5. All volunteers do not smoke or drink alcohol.
Test 3:
1. Volunteers aged 18-30 were chosen who have been exposed to detergent for more than 3 years;
2. Volunteers has no common skin diseases, such as contact dermatitis, eczema, urticaria, etc.;
3. Volunteers of the skin water content of the research volunteers <20A.U., TEWL>=15gh/cm2.
4. Research volunteers shall not use any skin care products such as hand cream and face cream 3 days before participating in the experiment.
Test 4:
1. Choose healthy volunteers aged 18-79 years;
2. The research volunteers has no common skin diseases, such as contact dermatitis, eczema, urticaria, etc.;
3. Research volunteers shall not use any washing and skin care products at least 3 days before participating in the experiment.

试验1、2：
①排除不能全程参与实验的志愿者；
②排除有常见皮肤疾病的志愿者，如患有接触性皮炎、湿疹、荨麻疹等疾病；
③排除皮肤为敏感肌的志愿者，排除皮肤含水量<20A.U.，TEWL≤20gh/cm2的研究对象。
④排除吸烟、喝酒的志愿者。
试验3：
①排除不能全程参与实验的志愿者；
②排除有常见皮肤疾病的志愿者，如患有接触性皮炎、湿疹、荨麻疹等疾病；
③排除日常使用护肤品的研究对象。
试验4：
①排除不能全程参与实验的志愿者；
②排除有常见皮肤疾病的志愿者，如患有接触性皮炎、湿疹、荨麻疹等疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

4. Exclude volunteers who smoke or drink alcohol.

2. Exclude volunteers with common skin diseases, such as contact dermatitis, eczema, urticaria and other diseases;
3. Exclude the research volunteers of daily use of skin care products.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	1.数据的采集：本试验采用受训练的实验人员，根据专用表格对入组受试者资料进行收集，记录原始的类试验数据资料。2.数据的报告：护肤品使用后主观刺激问卷由受试者填写。问卷由申办者或其指定人员提供，完成的问卷，第一时间交给统计分析单位，进行数据录入工作。皮肤水分含量，经表皮水分流失值，在非实验操作员的监察下，由实验人员记录原始数据。脂质组学数据经HPLC-MS处理后，由UNIFI软件自动导入，数据处理使用Waters Progenesis QI V2. 0 和Ezinfo 3. 0 软件 3.数据的录入及核查（1）建立数据库：由数据管理与统计分析单位负责。（2）核查数据：数据采用双录入，进行数值范围和逻辑检查，对于不一致的数据，查阅原始问卷，记录表，及原始脂质组学数据库。4.数据可溯源性的规定：应保存原始的问卷及皮肤水分含量、脂质组学数据，以备如数据一致性检查，数值范围和逻辑检查的原始记录。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	1. Data collection: This experiment uses trained experimental staff to collect the data of the enrolled subjects according to a special form and record the original data of the class test data. 2. Data report: The subjective stimulation questionnaire after use of skin care products is filled out by the subjects. The questionnaire is provided by the sponsor or its designated personnel. The completed questionnaire is immediately handed over to the statistical analysis unit for data entry. The skin moisture content, the transepidermal water loss value, is recorded by the experimenter under the supervision of the non-experimental operator. After the lipidomics data is processed by HPLC-MS, it is automatically imported by UNIFI software. The data processing uses Waters Progenesis QI V2.0 and Ezinfo 3.0 software. 3. Data entry and verification (1) Establish a database: the data management and The statistical analysis unit is responsible. (2) Check the data: The data is double-entered, and the value range and logic are checked. For inconsistent data, refer to the original questionnaire, record form, and the original lipidomics database. 4. Provisions for data traceability: The original questionnaire, skin moisture content, and lipidomics data should be kept in order to prepare original records such as data consistency checks, numerical ranges, and logical checks.
