检验心理韧性是否能够有效预测实习护生的情绪困扰、职业倦怠、职业认同及留职意愿，为临床改善实习护生心理状态，提高其职业认同，降低离职率提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective to test whether psychological resilience can effectively predict the emotional distress, job burnout, professional identity and retention intention of nursing students, so as to provide reference for clinical nursing students to improve their psychological state, improve their professional identity and reduce the turnover rate.
