研究目的：

颞下颌关节紊乱综合征的治疗手段包括颌垫治疗，颌垫的材质（软/硬）对于治疗效果的影响仍然存在争议。本研究拟设计一项随即临床对照实验，对比软质和硬质颌垫对颞下颌关节紊乱综合征的治疗差异。  

Objectives of Study：

The treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder includes occlusal splint treatment, and the influence of the material of the occlusal splint (soft/hard) on the treatment effect is still controversial. This study intends to design a randomized clinical controlled experiment to compare the difference between soft and hard occlusal splint in the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 系统性疾病（例如风湿性疾病，肿瘤）；
2. 活动修复体；
3. 其他牙科治疗(例如根管治疗，牙周治疗)；
4. 妊娠。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with systemic diseases (such as rheumatic diseases and tumors);
2. Patients with active prosthesis;
3. Patients with other dental treatments (such as root canal therapy and periodontal treatment);
4. Pregnant patients.
