研究目的：

主要目的：观察小儿心脏术后胃肠道并发症的发生率。 次要目的：（1）评估小儿心脏术后胃肠道并发症的预测及危险因素；（2）观察小儿心脏术后胃肠道并发症与术后重大事件发生的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

（1）report the incidence of GI complications after pediatric cardiac surgery; (2) identify predictors associated with GI complications; (3) investigate the association between GI complications and other adverse outcome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）术前合并有胃肠道疾病既往史；
（2）合并膀胱内测压禁忌症；
（3）非体外循环心脏手术；
（4）术前或术中安置了腹膜透析管道。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients developed preoperative GI complications;
2. Contraindication for intravesical pressure measurement;
3. Patient without cardio-pulmonary bypass;
4. Patients with pre- and intraoperative dialysis.
