研究目的：

1.建立多个医疗中心围术期手术人群从入组至术后1年的随访队列，构建手术人群预后相关的数据库； 2.研究手术人群术前心理因素/躯体因素对术后短期并发症的影响； 3.研究手术人群术前心理因素/躯体因素/社会因素对术后长期并发症的影响； 4.研究手术人群术后认知功能障碍的发生率、相关危险因素以及对预后的影响； 5.研究手术人群术后急慢性疼痛的发生率，危险因素以及对预后的影响； 6.收集手术人群的血液和头发样本，从遗传学、免疫炎症、内分泌等角度深入探究精神障碍与术后不良结局之间的生理机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Establish perioperative surgical cohorts across multiple medical centers, with follow-up from enrollment to one year postoperatively, and construct a database related to surgical patient prognosis. 2.Investigate the impact of preoperative psychological and somatic factors on short-term postoperative complications in surgical patients. 3.Examine the influence of preoperative psychological, somatic, and social factors on long-term postoperative complications in surgical patients. 4.Study the incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction in surgical patients, identify associated risk factors, and assess its impact on prognosis. 5.Investigate the incidence of acute and chronic postoperative pain, associated risk factors, and their influence on prognosis in surgical patients. 6.Collect blood and hair samples from surgical patients to explore the physiological mechanisms linking psychiatric disorders and adverse postoperative outcomes from genetic, immunoinflammatory, and endocrine perspectives.
