研究目的：

探讨早中期帕金森病患者平衡功能与步态失稳的相关性，观察视觉反馈平衡系统与数字化跑台联合干预康复训练模式对早中期帕金森患者步态障碍的疗效影响及影像学的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the relationship between balance function and gait instability in patients with early and Middle Stage Parkinson's disease, to observe the effect of visual feedback balance system (vfbs) combined with digital treadmill training on the patients with Parkinson's gait disorder in the early and middle stages.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 有酒精、药物滥用史；
② 有精神症状、视觉障碍、理解障碍、严重的认知障碍者；
③ 依从性极差不能配合试验；
④ 有脑卒中史，同时还具有帕金森特征的阶梯进展；
⑤ 在运动治疗中有药物改变的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Having history of alcohol and Drug Abuse;
2. Having psychiatric symptoms, visual impairment, comprehension impairment, severe cognitive impairment;
3. Poor adherence to the trial;
4. Having history of stroke with Parkinson's ladder progression;
5. There are drug changes in exercise therapy.
