比较贴敷式胰岛素泵和传统胰岛素泵降糖的效应差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the diffdrence of efficiency between patch insulin pump and conventional insulin pump.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 1型糖尿病，成人晚发性自身免疫性糖尿病（LADA），继发性糖尿病，妊娠糖尿病，应激性高血糖。
2) 肝、肾功能受损，总胆红素和或间接胆红素大于正常值上限的1.5倍，其ALT大于正常值上限的2.5倍；eGFR < 30ml/min/1.73m2(CKD-EPI公式计算)。
3) 严重贫血患者，Hb < 60g/L
4) 在过去的5年内有药物滥用史及酒精依赖史。
5) 由研究者判断的反复发作的严重低血糖事件。
6) 入组前三个月内连续三天及以上的激素治疗史和或目前使用全身激素治疗。
7) 心脏病：失代偿性心衰（NYHA III型及VI型）、不稳定性心绞痛、12个月内有心梗发作。
8) 已知对试验药品或相关产品过敏（胰岛素过敏），胰岛素注射部位容易出现局部硬结患者。
9) 妊娠、哺乳期患者。
10) 依从性差，不能配合强化治疗，饮食运动不规律的患者。
11) 任何其他的由研究者判定的明显情况或合并疾病：如感染性发热、肿瘤、睡眠障碍内分泌、心脏、神经、自身免疫性疾患，有精神疾病史，不能使用胰岛素泵的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Type 1 diabetes, Late onset autoimmune diabetes in adults, secondary diabetes, gestational diabetes and Stress hyperglycemia.
2) Impaired liver or kidney function
3) Patients with severe anemia, Hb less than 60g/L.
4) Patients with drug abuse or alcohol dependence in the past 5 years.
5) Repetitive severe hypoglycemia determined by researcher.
6) Patients with a history of 3 or more consecutive days of hormone therapy and/or current use of systemic hormone therapy within 3 months before enrolment.
7) Decompensated heart failure, unstable angina, or ACS within 12 months.
8) Allergy to experimental drug or related products.
9) Pregnant and lactation patients.
10) Patients with poor compliance, inability to cooperate with intensive treatment, irregular diet and exercise.
11) Any other apparent condition or complicating disease determined by researcher.
