Objectives of Study：

A new treatment evaluation system was constructed basing on intestinal microecologics. It can provide accurate treatment options for colorectal cancer patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

⑴合并有其他恶性肿瘤；
⑵合并有严重心肺疾病；
⑶患者入院前3个月有抗生素、激素或肠道菌群制剂使用史；
⑷严重腹泻或便秘的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with other malignant tumors;
(2) The patient has severe heart and lung disease;
(3) The patient had a history of using antibiotics, hormones or intestinal microflora preparations 3 months before admission;
(4) Patients with severe diarrhea or constipation.
