研究目的：

1. 分层分析出血量达多少，用NS洗涤自体血可导致患者血氯增高。 2. 探究与生理盐水相比，钠钾镁钙葡萄糖注射液作为自体血洗涤液是否能避免患者血氯增高从而降低高氯性酸中毒的发生率。 3. 分析与生理盐水比较钠钾镁钙葡萄糖注射液在多大程度上能降低对肾功能的不良影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Stratified analysis of the amount of bleeding, washing the blood with NS can lead to the increase of blood chlorine. 2. To explore whether sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and glucose injection as blood salvage washing liquid can avoid the increase of blood chlorine and reduce the incidence of hyperchloremic acidosis compared with normal saline. 3. To analyze the extent to which sodium potassium magnesium calcium glucose injection can reduce the adverse effects on renal function compared with normal saline.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

产妇为Rh阴性血型；肾功能异常或合并泌尿系统疾病；在入选研究前的3个月内接受过同种异体输血；地中海贫血者、镰状细胞贫血者；梅毒、艾滋病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The parturients with Rh negative blood group;
2. Renal dysfunction or urinary system disease;
3. Who had received allogeneic blood transfusion within 3 months before the study;
4. Thalassemia, sickle cell anemia;
5. Syphilis or AIDS.
