纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、有严重心、肝、肾等疾病病史。　　　　　　　　　　　
2、不能够坚持完成运动测试和有运动禁忌症的患者。
3、运动计划依从性较差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. a history of severe diseases such as heart, liver, kidney;
2. Can't stick to sports test and contraindications to patients;
3. poor compliance of patients in Exercise program.
