研究目的：

研究不同益生元对肠道菌群的影响，探索相应的机制，指导益生菌、益生元以及合生元的合理应用，以便将来开发量身定制的微生态制剂。

Objectives of Study：

Study the effects of different prebiotics on intestinal flora and explore the corresponding mechanism to guide the rational use of probiotics, prebiotics and synbiotics for developing tailor-made microecological preparations in the future.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 经医院诊断有慢性病/传染病/重大疾病，或有呼吸道和/或胃肠道疾病，以及体检出现严重异常的。
2. 任何对胃肠道有影响的或是对实验益生元产品服用有影响的身体异常状况或医疗情况。
3. 1年内经历过腹部或肠道手术。
4. 2周内使用与消化道病症有关药物的，如抗痉挛药、泻药、抗腹泻药物等对肠道蠕动有影响的药物。
5. 目前或近期（1个月内）使用微生态制剂（益生菌/益生元/合生元）、膳食补充剂、中草药，或是服用大剂量的维生素或矿物质。
6. 目前或近期（1个月）或长期使用抗生素。
7. 长期食用酸奶、奶酪、益生菌饮料、发酵制品等含益生菌食品。
8. 乳糖不耐受。
9. 近期（1个月内）饮食习惯发生重大改变的，如开始食用富含纤维的饮食等。
10.对于妇女，正在怀孕、正在哺乳或希望怀孕的。
11.具有惊厥症状或精神病史。
12.目前或近期（1个月内）进行其他临床研究的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with chronic / infectious / major diseases diagnosed by the hospital, or with respiratory and / or gastrointestinal diseases, as well as serious abnormalities in physical examination;
2. Any abnormal physical condition or medical condition affecting the gastrointestinal tract or the administration of experimental prebiotic products;
3. Patients who have undergone abdominal or intestinal surgery within one year.
4. Patients who use drugs related to digestive tract diseases within 2 weeks, such as antispasmodic drugs, cathartic drugs, antidiarrheal drugs and other drugs that affect intestinal peristalsis.
5. Patients who currently or recently (within 1 month) use microecological agents (probiotics / prebiotics / synbiotics), dietary supplements, Chinese herbal medicines, or take large doses of vitamins or minerals;
6. Those patients who currently or recently (1 month) or long-term use antibiotics;
7. Patients who have long-term consumption of yogurt, cheese, probiotic drinks, fermented products and other probiotic foods;
8. Lactose intolerant patients;
9. Those who have significant changes in their eating habits in the near future (within one month), such as starting to eat a diet rich in fiber, etc.;
10. Women who are pregnant, breast-feeding or wish to be pregnant;
11. Subjects with convulsion symptoms or mental history;
12. Subjects of other clinical studies at present or in the near future (within one mo nth).
