研究目的：

研制肠造口回纳手术的术前准备护理干预方案，为术区皮肤黏膜提供相对清洁的环境，减少术中污染，预防手术部位感染的发生。在此基础上，进一步规范肠造口回纳手术前的护理，从而降低肠造口回纳手术的并发症发生率，促进患者康复。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop the preoperative nursing intervention plan for enterostomy and return operation, so as to provide a relatively clean environment for the skin and mucosa of the operation area, reduce intraoperative pollution and prevent the occurrence of surgical site infection.On this basis, the nursing care before enterostomy is further standardized, so as to reduce the complication rate of enterostomy and promote the recovery of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a.外籍患者；
b.有医疗纠纷患者；
c.精神病患者；
d.行肠造口回纳手术同时行其他手术的患者；
e.哺乳期或孕期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

A. Foreign patients;
B. Patients with medical disputes;
C. Mental illness;
D. Patients undergoing intestinal ostomy and other operations at the same time;
E. Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant.
