研究目的：

比较不同剂量组聚乙二醇电解质溶液对儿童肠道清洁效果的差异，以及比较它们的安全性和耐受性的差异，并进一步分析儿童结肠镜检查前肠道准备的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effect of different doses of polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution on children's intestinal cleaning, and to compare their safety and tolerance, and to further analyze the influencing factors of children's intestinal preparation before colonoscopy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①胃或者肠道潴留，消化道梗阻或者穿孔；
②中毒性巨结肠或者严重的急性肠道感染；
③既往有肠道手术史；
④对其中的药物成分过敏。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with gastric or intestinal retention, gastrointestinal obstruction or perforation.
2. Patients with toxic megacolon or severe acute intestinal infection;
3. Patients with previous intestinal operation history;
4. Patients who are allergic to the drug ingredients.
