研究目的：

旨在采用SILS+1技术联合NOSES技术治疗高位直肠及乙状结肠癌患者，在完成肿瘤根治的同时，追求最大程度的微创性以及手术易操作。来评估两种微创理念的融合治疗乙状结肠癌和高位直肠癌对肿瘤学疗效、术后住院时间、手术时间、术后并发症、术后随访结果等的手术质量。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to use SILS + 1 technology combined with NOSES technology in the treatment of high rectal and sigmoid colon cancer patients, while completing the radical treatment of the tumor, the pursuit of the greatest degree of minimally invasive and easy operation. To evaluate the surgical quality of the fusion of two minimally invasive concepts in the treatment of sigmoid colon cancer and high rectal cancer, including the oncology effect, postoperative hospital stay, operation time, postoperative complications, and postoperative follow-up results.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患者严重心肺功能障碍无法耐受手术；
（2）手术前接受新辅助化疗或放化疗；
（3）患者需要急诊手术；
（4）术前影像学提示局部浸润，IV期肿瘤，或需要肠造口的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patients could not tolerate operation;
2. Preoperative neoadjuvant radiation or chemoradiation therapy;
3. The patients need emergency operations;
4. Imaging findings suggest that the tumors infiltrate into the periphery or stage IV cancer and stoma creation.
