Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of coronary tortuosity on coronary flow reserve and coronary microcirculation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

急性冠状动脉综合征的患者；
既往心肌梗死或冠状动脉血运重建史的患者；
心肌病，心动过速，糖尿病，低血压，心力衰竭的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with acute coronary syndrome;
2. Patients with previous history of myocardial infarction or coronary artery revascularization;
3. Patients with cardiomyopathy, tachycardia, diabetes, hypotension and heart failure.
