通过对呼吸系统、肠道不同标本微生态检测，识别致病菌和定植菌，分离益生菌，提高对疾病发生、发展与转归的认识，为临床诊治提供新方法。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the microbiome of different samples of respiratory system and intestinal tract, we can identify pathogenic bacteria and colonized bacteria, isolate probiotics, improve the understanding of disease occurrence, development and prognosis, and provide a new method for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 肿瘤晚期患者；
2. 预期寿命≤48h。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with advanced tumor;
2. Life expectancy <= 48h;
