研究目的：

分析初治急性白血病、淋巴瘤、多发性骨髓瘤、骨髓异常增生综合征四大类血液肿瘤患者的综合老年学评估（CGA）特点，验证综合老年学评估（CGA）在血液肿瘤患者中的可行性，应用CGA进行临床预后分层，判断患者对治疗的耐受性。  

Objectives of Study：

The study is to analyze the characteristics of comprehensive geriatric accessment(CGA) of patients with four types of hematological malignancies in newly treated acute leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and myelodysplastic syndrome.At the same time, the feasibility of comprehensive geriatric assessment (CGA) in patients with hematological malignancies was verified. CGA was used to stratify the clinical prognosis and determine the patient's tolerance to treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

采用前瞻性队列研究比较初治急性白血病、淋巴瘤、多发性骨髓瘤、骨髓异常增生综合征四大类血液肿瘤患者的治疗前和一个疗程后的CGA评分差异及预后情况。CGA评估内容主要包括:①被调查者人口学资料;②日常生活能力量表(ADL)；③工具性日常生活能力量表(IADL); ④营养风险筛查（MNA-SF）；⑤简易智能状态量表（MMSE）；⑥老年抑郁量表（GDS-15）；⑦患者健康量表（PHQ-9）；⑧ECOG体能状态评估表;⑨造血干细胞移植合并症指数评分(HCT-CI) ；⑩癌症患者生存质量测定量表（EORTC QLQ-C30）。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

A prospective cohort study is used to compare the differences in CGA scores and disease prognosis before treatment and after a course of treatment for patients with four types of hematological malignancies, including acute leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and myelodysplastic syndrome. The contents of CGA assessment mainly include: 1. Demographic data of the respondent; 2. Ability of Daily Living Scale (ADL); 3. Instrumental Abilities of Daily Living Scale (IADL); 4. Mini nutritional assessment-short form (MNA-SF); 5. Mini-Mental State Exam (MMSE) ; 6. Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS-15); 7. Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9); 8. ECOG performance status; 9. Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation Comorbidity Index (HCT-CI); 10. EORTC QLQ-C30. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 已接受过抗肿瘤治疗或复发的患者；
② 文盲或不能理解和完成测验者；
③ 重症精神疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have received anti-tumor treatment or relapse;
2. Patients who are illiterate or unable to understand and complete the test;
3. Patients with severe mental illness.
