研究目的：

选取有手术指征的良性胆囊疾病患者，将免气腹单孔装置辅助的腹腔镜手术与传统单孔腹腔镜手术比较，观察比较两组对术中血气、呼气末CO2、术后肺功能恢复等的影响。通过本研究，有望为良性胆囊疾病患者提供一种更为安全有效的腹腔镜手术通道。  

Objectives of Study：

This study compares the safety and effectiveness of a self-developed gasless single-port and the traditional single-port laparoscopic surgery approach on patients with benign gallbladder disease by prospective randomized controlled clinical trial and evaluates the effects of the two different surgical approaches on pulmonary function, ABGs, PetCO2 and other indices. It is expected to provide a safer and more effective laparoscopic surgery channel for patients with benign gallbladder disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、术前合并严重心肺功能障碍，手术风险极大；
2、术前临时改变意愿更改治疗方案或放弃手术；
3、合并其他引起腹痛、肩背部疼痛的急慢性疾病；
4、术中发现胆总管结石或肿瘤或其他急腹症；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction and high risk of operation before operation;
2. Patients who change the treatment plan or give up the operation temporarily before operation;
3. Patients with other acute and chronic diseases causing abdominal pain and shoulder back pain;
4. Patients with choledocholithiasis or tumor or other acute abdomen found during operation;
