研究肺腺癌骨转移癌痛患者外周血转录组学以阐释其发生发展中的关键基因和通路。  

Objectives of Study：

The transcriptomics of metastatic bone pain (MBP) patients'peripheral blood were collected and analyzed to screen key genes and pathways associated with the pathogenesis of the disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 近1月内对肿瘤部位或疼痛部位使用放射治疗者；
2. 非癌性痛或非骨转移部位引起疼痛者；
3. 明显肝肾功能不全者；急/慢性感染性疾病；
3. 不能准确描述疼痛部位及进行疼痛评分者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Radiotherapy was applied to the tumor site or pain site within the 1 month;
2. Non-cancerous pain or pain caused by non-bone metastases;
3. Obvious hepatic and renal insufficiency;Acute/chronic infectious diseases;
4. Inability to accurately describe the site of pain and to rate pain.
