通过比较健康人群与牙周炎人群，种植治疗后，种植体周围的细菌构成比及药物敏感性、继发免疫反应差异、特意性细胞因子的水平，以及种植治疗后的效果差异，来分析牙周炎患者种植治疗的可能风险及内在原因，为种植体周围炎的防治提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing healthy people and periodontitis, planting after treatment, the bacteria around composition ratio and drug sensitivity, secondary immune response differences, especially the level of cytokines, as well as the effect of planting after treatment, to analyze the plant treatment of periodontitis patients may risk and internal causes, provide the basis for around implant infection prevention and control.

排除标准：

糖尿病、骨质疏松、血液病等全身系统性疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with systemic diseases such as diabetes, osteoporosis and hematopathy.
