研究目的：

1. To determine the features of electrocardiographic and echocardiographic parameters in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with ACS; compare them with the results of coronary angiography and the clinical picture; 2. Compare ECG, Echocardiography, and coronary angiography in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with ACS with those in patients with ACS without diabetes; 3. To assess the effect of myocardial reperfusion on indicators of systolic and diastolic heart function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the dynamics of myocardial infarction; 4. Compare the results of restoration of coronary blood flow with the occurrence of reperfusion arrhythmias in patients with ACS with diabetes mellitus and without diabetes in the acute period of MI; 5. Clarify the diagnostic and prognostic significance of glucose, creatinine, renin, aldosterone, a natriuretic peptide as markers of the adverse course of myocardial infarction and the development of chronic heart failure in patients with type 2 diabetes; 6. Stratify the short-term and long-term risks of repeated ischemic events and mortality rates in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with myocardial infarction according to the Zwolle, Grace scales.  

Objectives of Study：

1.
