探索麻醉诱导前预使用少量纳美芬后，是否能够降低依托咪脂在全麻诱导过程中肌颤发生率。

Objectives of Study：

explore whether the use of a small amount of nalmefene before anesthesia induction can reduce the incidence of muscle fibrillation during the induction of general anesthesia by etomidate.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

合并严重心肺功能及肝肾功能障碍、合并高血压、精神疾病、术前使用影响心血管的药物、肾上腺皮质功能减退等。

Exclusion criteria：

Complicated with severe cardiopulmonary function and liver and kidney dysfunction, combined with hypertension, psychiatric disease, preoperative use of drugs that affect cardiovascular, and adrenal insufficiency.
