通过给予利妥昔单抗联合硼替佐米，使的既往对门冬酰胺酶过敏的患儿再次获得门冬酰胺酶的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

By giving rituximab combined with bortezomib, children who were previously allergic to asparaginase could get the curative effect of asparaginase again.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）除了门冬酰胺酶过敏以外其它各种原因的门冬酰胺酶禁忌症；
2) 利妥昔单抗的禁忌症和硼替佐米的禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Contraindications of asparaginase for a variety of reasons except asparaginase allergy;
2) Contraindications of rituximab and contraindications of bortezomib.
