研究目的：

GMs采用普通录像的方法记录2-3分钟患儿全身运动情况，其重点关注患儿全身运动幅度、速度、连续性等方面的多样性和复杂性，对于早期诊断脑瘫具有很高的敏感度.然而，其评估无标准化的细则，评估结果多依靠评估者的经验，因此本技术的研究目的在于结合较精准的视频分析技术使GMs评估更加标准化，使得临床评估更加准确并便于实施。  

Objectives of Study：

Prechtl qualitative assessment of general movements（GMs） uses common video to record the whole body movement of children in 2-3 minutes.GMs focuses on the diversity and complexity of children's whole body movement amplitude, speed, continuity and other aspects,wihch is very sensitive for early diagnosis of cerebral palsy. However, this evaluation has no standardized rules, and it mostly relys on the experience of the evaluator. Therefore, the purpose of our research is to combine accurate video analysis technology and make GMs more standardized, making clinical evaluation more accurate and easy to implement.
