(1)对比传统与导航辅助下TKA的早中期临床疗效差异 (2)归纳导航辅助TKA学习曲线，完成自身前后对照并不断反馈优化 (3)建立多学科协作TKA围手术期患者加速康复的管理模式 (4)归纳导航TKA手术经验及标准化流程建立

Objectives of Study：

(1)compare the early to mid terms of clinical difference between the traditional and computer-navigated total knee arthroplasty (2)determine the learning curve of navigated TKA (3)establish the pattern of enhanced recovery after surgery (4)summarize the experience and protocol of naviagated TKA

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患者罹患严重心肺等基础疾病严重影响术后康复者；因髋关节、足踝病变及外伤等因素致术后无法完成正常功能锻炼者；因帕金森综合症，脑梗病史等疾病导致患者长期卧床、下肢肌肉废用性萎缩者；既往膝关节手术史及膝关节周围骨折病史。

Exclusion criteria：

patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases; disfunction to exercise after surgery caused by hip, ankle diseases or trauma, etc; lower limb muscle disused atrophy caused by Parkinson's disease or cerebral infarction; previous knee surgery or peri-knee joint fracture history
