Objectives of Study：

To investigate of the effect of adverse metabolic factors exposure during pregnancy on pregnancy outcomes and offspring safety.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 影响宫内发育、孕期母亲安全的严重内科合并症；
2. 已知恶性肿瘤、重大手术、外伤史；
3. 高脂血症家族史，孕前糖尿病、甲亢甲减；
4. 长期服用降糖/降脂/甲亢药物史；
5. 已知的严重胎儿畸形。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe medical complications which significantly harm fetal growth and maternal health during pregnancy;
2. Malignant tumor, major surgery or injury;
3. With history of major surgery, trauma or major organ disease;
4. Long term medicine taken history;
5. Known major fetal malformations.
