研究目的：

获得我国艾滋病疫情严重地区成年男性（包括HIV感染者男性配偶、外出务工者、男性吸毒者和HIV感染高发区成年男性人群）包皮环切接受意愿和接受性情况及其影响因素；阐明影响包皮环切实际接受的内在机制及影响因素；引入顶层设计理论及医学大学生示范效应，开发出有效宣传材料，提出针对性的适宜宣传模式；突破制约重点成年男性接受包皮环切的关键性技术，使得重点人群包皮环切率超过30%。结合伦理学和公共卫生政策分析，提出适合我国艾滋病疫情严重地区不同重点和特定男性人群包皮环切的推广模式和规范。

TTo compare three methods for promoting male circumcision (MC) as a preventative intervention against HIV infections among focus groups in western China.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

已经做过包皮环切手术、HIV抗体阳性及不能提供自愿知情同意（如严重精神疾病、智力缺陷、语言障碍等）者。

Exclusion criteria：

Individuals with hearing or speech impairment and those people who have undergone MC before, a HIV positive status, or sufered from any major diseases.
