研究目的：

比较E-LINK训练系统与神经肌肉电刺激治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的疗效是否具有差异性。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the difference between e-link training system and neuromuscular electrical stimulation in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.由于恶性肿瘤、放射性治疗、重症肌无力或者其他非脑卒中因素导致的吞咽功能障碍。
2.病情严重，进展型脑卒中或者具有严重的心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器疾病。
3.患者有心脏起搏器、颈部有金属内置物或者其他原因不能接受电刺激等情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with dysphagia caused by malignant tumor, radiotherapy, myasthenia gravis or other non stroke factors;
2. Patients with serious disease, progressive stroke or serious diseases of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs;
3. The patient has a pacemaker, a metal implant in the neck or is unable to receive electrical stimulation for other reasons.
